INFLATION REDUCTION ACT ADVISING AND COORDINATION SUPPORT
Partnering with Ameren Illinois to prepare for the launch of federally-funded Home Energy Rebates Program in Illinois, our team provides strategic advising, stakeholder engagement, and coordination to strengthen program design, support Community Action Agencies, and train utility staff. We also lead statewide alignment efforts, bringing together utilities, trade allies, and agencies to ensure seamless implementation.

HOME ENERGY REBATES PROGRAM DESIGN
Served as a planning advisor to the Minnesota Commerce Department, providing strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, program design and procurement management, for two federally-funded programs: Home Efficiency Rebates and Home Electrification & Appliance Rebates. Together, these programs will deliver $140 million in clean energy rebates to Minnesotans through 2031.

SOLAR FOR ALL PLANNING AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Supported planning efforts for Wisconsin’s Solar for All program, which received a $62M award through U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. We facilitated an Advisory Committee of subject matter experts, finalized strategies to strengthen the state’s workplan, and assisted with procurement administration for the implementation contractor.

MARKET DEVELOPMENT INITITIVE EVAUATION
Partnered with Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas to evaluate their Market Development Initiative, a program designed to provide resources to job seekers, diverse businesses, and community partners in the Chicago area. Our team conducted research to assess Workforce Development and Diverse Supplier programs, benchmarking best practices, gathering stakeholder feedback, and analyzing data through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and a literature review.

SMART THERMOSTAT REWARDS MARKET RESEARCH AND RFP MANAGEMENT
Conducted market research and benchmarking on behalf of We Energies and WPS, assessing vendor capabilities for a residential load control program. Our research evaluated program models, marketing channels, user experience, and infrastructure needs to advise and inform the procurement process for implementation services.

ILLINOIS STAKEHOLDER ADVISORY GROUP SUPPORT
Supports planning and facilitated meetings for a statewide advisory body of stakeholders working toward consensus on energy efficiency policy and technical issues. The stakeholder group provides a platform to educate Illinois stakeholders on key energy efficiency topics and policy.

NEW JERSEY COMFORT PARTNERS PROGRAM SUPPORT
Managed the implementation of a new data-tracking system for the NJ Comfort Partners Program, enabling statewide and cross-utility information sharing. In consultation with PSEG, Inova coordinated eight utilities and six vendor partners, to ensure timely delivery of the SaaS product and a smooth transition for users.

AVANGRID CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Served as client advisor and change management lead for Avangrid’s development of a new data-tracking system spanning utilities in CT, NY, and MA. This system impacts all energy program sectors and supports streamlined data management and reporting across the organization.

IOWA ENERGY PLAN
Assisted the Iowa Economic Development Authority and Department of Transportation in creating a 10-year energy strategy by analyzing existing policies, programs, and conditions, and identifying emerging opportunities. Led a comprehensive stakeholder engagement process through energy forums, a public platform, and working group discussions.

ENERGY ETHNOGRAPHY OF HISPANIC HOUSHOLDS
Conducted research for the California Energy Commission to understand the social, cultural, and behavioral factors influencing Hispanic households’ decisions to adopt energy-efficient technologies and their usage behaviors post-installation. The project developed an energy ethnography and delivered actionable recommendations for program design and engagement.

MISSOURI COMPREHENSIVE STATE ENERGY PLAN
Collaborated with the Missouri Department of Economic Development to develop Missouri’s first Comprehensive Energy Plan, charting a path toward a sustainable and prosperous energy future to create jobs and improve quality of life. Work included assessing current and future energy supply and demand, analyzing environmental and public health impacts, and identifying economic opportunities. Coordinated public meetings engaging over 300 key stakeholders.
